Lamborghini Miura P400 1/43, by IXO

I had the chance to visit the estate of Ferruccio Lamborghini in Umbria, about 20 years ago, and have a look at his private collection.  Both this Miura and its successor the Countach were part of that collection.
The Miura was built from 1966 to 1972 and was the first road car with mid-engined layout.  It was launched with a 3,9 liter V12 of 350 HP, later on increased to 370 and even 385 HP).
Production ended in 1972 but replacement only arrived in 1974 with the Countach.
